Shipping Policy
As a small business we are currently using Royal Mail to send your parcels. Items are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days (often a lot sooner) as some items may need to be made prior to sending. We offer Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services to ensure your parcel can be traced door to door.
We do our best to ensure our packaging can be recycled whilst keeping your treats secure on transit.
Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely happy with any item you purchase from us please get in touch via Facebook messenger, Instagram Message or email daisyfreshwales@outlook.com we will do our best to resolve any issue you may have, we want you to be happy with your purchases and become Daisy Fresh fans.
Unfortunately due to the nature of the products we are unable to accept returns unless the item is deemed faulty, and as mentioned please get in touch if there are any issues with any items.
