Have you ever fancied giving a new craft a go? Why not treat yourself to our Luxury Candle Craft Class the perfect gift this Mother's Day.  The-is class will be held on Saturdaay 29th March, 2pm - 4.30pm
 
Whether you're a craft lover looking to learn a new skill or simply looking for a unique activity or something different to celebrate a special occasion, a Daisy Fresh Craft Class could be just perfect. Join us for a relaxing experience learning how to make your own luxury fragranced wooden wick candle.
 
This class will be held in our brand new Craft Hub at our shop in Hirwaun - 71-72 Brecon Road, Hirwaun CF44 9NL. 
 
The class lasts around two and a half hours, during which you'll learn each step of creating a duo of beautifully scented candles from Amy, the owner of Daisy Fresh. Starting with learning about the different types of wax and the benefits of soy wax, you'll then explore a range of different fragrances suited to the theme of the class, sampling them to enable you to choose the right ones for your candles, as well as finishing your candle with an assortment of dried botanicals.
 
You will get hands-on as you create your candles, blending the fragrance, setting the wick and pouring the wax, you'll be guided through the process step by step, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Classes all incude a hot or cold drink and sweet treat to enjoy whilst we chat about our creations and go through any questions. You will also have access to shop our raange whilst the shop is closed to the public. 
 
This class is suitable for complete beginners to those who have dabbled at home but are keen to learn more.
 
You'll pick up some helpful candle care tips and advice to help you get the most out of your creation when it's time to burn your candle at home. By the end of this immersive and relaxing experience, you'll have learned the fundamentals of a new craft and have created gorgeous candles to take home with you.

Our workshops are held at small independent businesses across South Wales. We have a maximum of 15 places available at each class to ensure a more personal touch and immersive learning experience. Once you have booked the address and directions, it will be sent to you no later than 1 week prior to the event.
