Candle Refill Subscription
Daisy Fresh Wales Candle Refill Subscription Box is dispatched from our HQ on the 1st week of the following month. Please note payments are billed in advance.
Purchasing your subscription
When you are ready to purchase your subscription, please don't add any other items to your basket. Subscriptions need to be checked out separately. If you wish to purchase other items please come back and checkout separately after you have subscribed.
Unfortunatly discount codes cannot be applied to subscription boxes as there are already savings applied by subscribing.
Shipping is free, and subscription boxes are delivery only, they cannot be collected.
Monthly payments
Monthly payments are automatic, taken around the same date of the month that you initially subscribed. If we need to change your payment date for any reason, we will always email you beforehand.
Payments are made in advance of your subscription - for example, if your payment is made on any date in April, your box will be sent out on 1st May. You can change your payment details at any time by updating your subscription account via our website. We accept payments made via debit/credit cards and PayPal.
Cancellations
Your subscription is renewed on a monthly rolling basis, however you can cancel your subscription at any time. Just login to your account on our website and click to cancel.
If you cancel your subscription, but you have already paid for your next box your subscription will be cancelled after this box has been sent out. Once payment has been made we unfortunately are unable to refund therefore you will still receive this box.
Refunds, exchanges or returns
Refunds, exchanges or returns are not available on subscription boxes. If any items arrive damaged, please email at daisyfreshwales@outlook.com as soon as possible including photos of the damanges and as much information as possible.
